Returns & Exchanges
At Mudpuppy, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Drop Off the Shipment
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
